How Myend’s pricing works
Myend is one-time payments, not a recurring subscription — with one exception noted below. There are three plans:
Free — $0
See what Myend can do before you commit to anything. The Free plan includes:
- Your first conversation with Justine, Myend’s AI planning companion, then 3 chats a month
- Your first directive and your contacts
- A 10-document vault
- The ability to browse everything Myend offers
The Free plan does not include PDF export, cloud sync, the Last Will & Testament, the legacy portal, or Proof of Life monitoring.
Starter — $19 one-time
Our most popular plan, for anyone who wants to plan their healthcare, funeral, donation wishes, and more. Starter is a single $19 payment — it never renews. It includes:
- Justine AI, with plenty of room to complete your plan
- All directives and contacts
- PDF export for all your plans
- The E-Will, your digital will
- Vault, Messages, Belongings, and Memory Lane — private on your device, exportable anytime
Starter does not include the legal Last Will & Testament, cloud sync, the legacy portal, or Proof of Life monitoring.
Complete — $99 one-time, then $25/year
For anyone ready to make it official. Complete includes everything in Starter, plus:
- A legal Last Will & Testament (US — more countries coming), covering all 51 US jurisdictions
- Cloud sync, so your plan is always backed up and accessible
- The legacy portal — secure family access after you’re gone
- Proof of Life monitoring — automated check-ins, with your trustees notified if something happens
- Priority support
The $99 covers your first year. After that, an optional $25/year renews Proof of Life monitoring, keeps your will up to date, and refreshes your Justine allowance. If you ever stop renewing, nothing is taken away — everything you’ve made stays yours, viewable and exportable, forever. For comparison, an estate attorney typically charges $1,000–$5,000 for documents Myend can help you create for $99.
A note on Justine
Justine’s allowance grows with your plan — Free gives you your first conversation plus 3 chats a month, Starter gives you plenty of room to complete your plan, and Complete refreshes your allowance each year you renew. Justine is generous, but her use isn’t unlimited on any plan.
Managing your plan and billing
You can view your current plan, upgrade, or manage renewal from Account → Plans & Billing inside Myend.
What happens to your plan if you don’t renew
Nothing disappears. Your plan, documents, and everything you’ve written stays yours — you can still view and export it at any time. The only thing that lapses without the $25/year renewal on Complete is the active monitoring: Proof of Life check-ins and will updates pause until you renew.
Your data, regardless of plan
Every plan, free or paid, is protected the same way: your plan is end-to-end encrypted, and your answers are never used to train AI models. You can print, export, or delete anything at any time, and if you ever leave Myend, everything goes with you.
