Until you’re ready

Can Myend read my messages?

We don’t. Your messages are encrypted on the way to us and encrypted where they sit, and access is restricted to your account: no one at Myend goes looking through them, and nothing you write is ever used to train AI. The one thing we genuinely cannot open is your vault: that is locked with a key that never leaves your device.

Who can see a message before it's delivered?

Nobody you haven’t chosen. A sealed message stays locked until its delivery moment arrives (not the recipient, not another Legacy Contact). While it’s a Draft, only you can see it.

If my Legacy Contact chooses the delivery moment, can they read it first?

They control the timing, not the content. Someone you trust can decide when a message is released, but it stays sealed for its recipient the whole time: they’re holding a sealed envelope, not reading over your shoulder.

Where are my videos and voice recordings stored?

On EU-based infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Files of up to 4GB, reachable only by you and the people you’ve chosen.

Can I delete or change a message after writing it?

Any time before it’s delivered. Rewrite it, re-record it, move the date, or delete it outright, whether it’s a Draft or marked Ready. Nothing is final until its moment comes.
