Can Myend staff read my plan?

No. Your sensitive information is end-to-end encrypted — locked on your device before it reaches us. We store only the encrypted version, so our team cannot read what you’ve written.

Where is my data stored?

Your plan is stored encrypted, and only shared with the people you choose, when you choose. See the privacy-and-security help articles for the full detail on hosting and encryption.

Do you sell my data or use it to train AI?

Never. Myend doesn’t sell data to anyone, shows no ads, and your answers are never used to train AI models. Protecting what you write is the entire business.

Who can see my plan, and when?

Only you — until it’s time. The Legacy Contacts you name see nothing while you’re here. Access opens to them only after your Proof of Life check-ins go unanswered.

Can I export or delete everything?

Yes. You can print, export, or delete anything at any time. If you leave Myend, everything you’ve made goes with you — it’s yours.
