Activation by Trustees

When a Trustee contacts Myend via support@myend.com to request account access of the person who has passed away, Myend will personally verify this request via our Support desk.

Before enabling access, Myend will first notify the account owner, by mail or (if available) by phone. If possible, Myend will also send a request for verification to at least one (family) member in their Contact list.

When the verification is successful, Myend will extract the data and share this with the authorized Trustee or Trustees.

After providing the data, Myend is no longer responsible for further use of the data provided to the Trustee. Myend will delete the account according to our company policy and privacy statement.
